Object of Rental:

Villa l’Escapade, Chemin de Font-Vive 878 , 83330 Le Beausset, France, hereafter called “The Villa”.

 

Description of the Villa:

The Villa contains:

Detached house on terrain of 5500 m2

5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms

 

Main house:

3 bedrooms, of which 3 with double beds.
Two bathrooms, one with bath and toilet and one with shower and toilet,
One living room with fireplace,  TV, DVD player
One fully equipped kitchen, with dishwashing machine, electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator and washing machine.

 

On the level below the main house :

A separate entrance: one bedroom with one double bed, private shower and toilet and a kitchenette.

 

Pool house:
One bedroom room
One bathroom with shower and toilet,

Lounge room with fireplace/barbecue Kitchen.

 

private swimming pool (oval, 11 x 8 m)

 

parking place for 3 cars.

 

Rental period of the Villa:

 

Start: Saturday .............   2019 at 17:00 PM

End:   Saturday .............   2019  at 10:00 AM

Bed linen and towels:

 

Towels are included.

Bed linen can be rented (10,- Euro pp )

​

Cleaning of the Villa:

 

The Lessee is responsible for cleaning of the Villa during the rental period.

End cleaning fee is 170,- Euro.

 

Guarantee:

 

A guarantee amount of Euro 1000,- has to be paid upon arrival and can be paid in cash, cheque. or bank transfer a couple of days in advance.
The guarantee is returned within 1 week after the end of the rental period.
Eventual damage to the Villa or its contents and cleaning costs, if applicable, will be deducted from the guarantee

Number of occupants:

 

Occupation of the Villa is limited to 10 persons maximum. This means that when more than 10 people occupy the Villa, even temporarily, the contract can be cancelled with immediate effect, without right on refund of the rent.

 

Liability:

 

The Lessor accepts no liability for damage or loss incurred by the Lessee or any other occupants or visitors in the Villa or on the terrain, during the rental period.
The Lessor also accepts no liability for injury, disease or death of the Lessee or any other occupants or visitors while on the terrain of the Villa or inside the Villa, during the rental period.

The Lessee accepts responsibility to insure against above mentioned risks.
The Lessee accepts full responsibility for the Villa and its contents and will leave the Villa, its contents and its terrain in the same condition as it was at the start of the rental period. All damage caused during the rental period is on the account of the Lessee.
Replacement or repair of furniture or objects will be paid in new value by the Lessee to the Lessor.
